Free Magazine Request Form
To request free copies of the latest issue of Practical Homeschooling magazine for your homeschool event, please email the following information to events@home-school.com:
- Name of homeschool group
- Type of event (e.g., curriculum fair, convention, new members' meeting)
- Number of magazines requested
- Date magazines must arrive by
- Where we should ship magazines (please provide street address, as UPS will not deliver to P.O. boxes):

- City/State/Zip
- Name of contact person responsible for this magazine request:
- Your position in the organization:
- Your telephone number:
- Your email address:
You will receive an email letting you know if we are able to fulfill your request.
Privacy Notice: The information submitted via this form will solely be used to provide free magazines to conferences and to confirm such requests.
