| I use the books from the public school. This is our first full year of homeschooling. My daughter left the third grade after november of 05. I want to supplement the texts, can anyone suggest a cheap way to do this? The workbooks werent in yet, so I have just been reviewing from last year. It has been a real slow start, but I don't think public school has accomplished as much as we have so far. My daughter no longer wants to read aloud. I read somewhere that this is a goal, to read silently is a good step, but how can I be sure she is actually comprehending the material? I guess I am too new at this. Having doubts. But I am sure we are doing the right thing! |

There are a lot of free websites for supplements. Just search worksheets, or whatever subject you are looking up. enchanted learning has a lot too. you need to subscribe to get it all but you can get a lot for free. _________________ Phi 4:13 I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me. |
