I am interested in maybe homeschooling my 9 yr old daughter and 7 year old son. I live in Cancun, Qroo. Mexico and am an English teacher, I am disappointed in the school system here and want to see how it would work to home school them. I am not sure what the laws are, can they certificates from the U.S. although they are mexican citizens, how can I get material etc. If anyone can help me it would be truly appreciated.
