from A Beka to Singapore

Postby MindyMommy » Sat Mar 05, 2016 5:55 pm

Next year will be my family's first year of homeschooling, and I am starting to research curriculum.
At my children's school they have used A Beka since K. DS will be going into 5th and DD will be going into 3rd.

I really like what I've read about Singapore Math. Would it be unwise to change curriculums now. I have a friend who has told me that I may create holes in their learning.

Your dc are too young to be worried about "holes." :-)

If you are able to get your hands on Singapore and review it, that would be best.

And for the record, ABeka math is not all that great. Feel free to try something else. :-)
