Since we cannot afford to buy curriculum for our three children, I really liked the idea of creating our own. However, it is proving to be a bit more overwhelming than I was planning on. I like the idea of Unit Studies and Lapbooking and even Notebooking.. I just need to figure out where to start. LOL We're not a smooth running homeschooling family yet but this is our first year.
I even borrowed textbooks from the public school that my children would have been using if they were attending this year. SO, I guess I should just go through the books and choose what I want to use and when. Right?
Does anyone else create their own???? I am very excited to get it figured out and get a set schedule but I just don't know where to start. _________________ Living life one day at a time |
