We are a Spanish Family. (Sorry my misspelling)

You know, in Spain many families are doing Homeschool, in fact there are some Associations of Homeschooling in Spain:

But really in Spain still… is not complete lawful, because the “Spanish Constitution” say that school is compulsory, but didn’t say that school at home is -or is not- legal. For that in Spain there is a ‘legal vacuum’.

We have 4 children that are going to school, but we want to do homeschooling. We know that is better to do homeschooling in a country that homeschooling is 100% LEGAL, completely, for example England, while in Spain the law of Homeschooling soon will be regulated.

Because, you now, schooling laws of every country, apply on the children that have the residence in this country.
For example: When an american boy comes to spain he must go to school, because of the schooling laws of Spain, and he can’t do homeschooling because yet is not COMPLETELY regulated the homeschooling in Spain.

For this, we have to be registered on residence in England to can do Homeschooling 100% safe, because homeschool rules apply in each country on residents of the country.

We want to do this:
1- Continue to work in Spain (we have our business) and live here.
2- Enroll our 4 children in a college distance of Homeschooling from America –that provide tutoring and support for homeschooling
3- Finally find a Family in England that they do Homeschooling and for this reason they will understand our situation to WANT to do Homeschooling. We will still living in Spain, but both we want to be registered on the Consulate of Spain in London http://www.maec.es/subwebs/Consulados/Londres/en/home/Paginas/home_cglondres.aspx to being listed as residents of England AND FOR THIS can freely do Homeschooling.

-To be registered on the Consulate of Spain in London as residents, we need a residence –BUT WE WILL NOT LIVE NEVER THERE- we only need an address. We need a British citizen, with home ownership in England and who resides in England (if the family do Homeschooling better because then they will understand us more), that allow us to register our residence in their home - without living us with them really - to communicate to Consulate of Spain in London that we reside in England.
If any family can help us allowing his address to can be registered on Consulate Spanish in London, we will pay to them for the helpful, 50 € - £43, every month. £43 pcm.

(And because of been registered like a residents of England, perhaps someone, send letters to us at the address that really we not live. Because of that: if the family that provides us her address can forward letters at our really residence in Spain, for both favors we will pay to the family that help us £ 43 pcm during 6 years - through Western Union.
