Thank you for this forum.

We - my wife Oksana and I - are self-employed working from home.
Since we are not going office, why should our children?

We are looking to connect with someone in a similar situation.

Our elder boy is just about to turn school age.

The younger boy is 3. Here is what he just wrote (we are not English speakers, and he has never been to an English speaking country or community, no classes, no teacher whatsoever):

apple

ball
cat
doog
elehphp

We prompted them to use a computer perhaps a half-year ago by showing some ABC songs on youtube. Now they are studying all on their own, sometimes teaching us new English words.

So, looking forward to connections and hope to chat a lot more.
