|
|
| I live in the state of Michigan and need to know if someone can home school someone else's child if that child is over the age of compulsory school attendance. Ex. Can Ms. A home school 17 year old Bob who is not her son but who is living with her and her family? Ms. A does not have legal guardianship. Is it required that she obtain legal guardianship or is this not necessary? Thanks for your assistance. |

Since the child is older than 16, he can be taught by anyone, anywhere, any time. _________________ Married to Mr. Ellie for over 30 years
