My 25 year old son likes to make cheesecakes. He decided to make a pumpkin cheesecake for Thanksgiving. I found a recipe and some "helpful" tips. One of the tips was to wrap the spring form pan in foil, add filling, place in roasting pan, and pour boiling water into roasting pan to make a water bath. It took a long time to bake. The pan leaked and the bottom half was water-logged. It was ugly.
Anyway, the top part was baked and very tasty. I scraped it off with the crust and smoothed it on gingersnap cookies and added white cheesecake topping. |

Heh. Once I tried making ice cream, but I must have not stirred it properly while it was cooling or something, because it separated into layers of its constituent materials. You had to basically take a slice from top to bottom and then chew it all at once to mix it in your mouth _________________ The Farming Game - Software Edition for Mac and PC
