My daughter took her kids out of school last year under religious exemption. The kids are 7 & 9. The homeschooling didn't go well mainly because the kids are somewhat undisciplined and they just would not do any school work, etc. Just wanted to play, etc. SO...she is now planning to send them back to school. She dreads this as she doesn't like the school
environment and also the kids do not want to return. But they can't just sit around and learn nothing.....
My question is....if things get too bad and she takes them out again, can she take them out again under religious exemption??? The state is Virginia.
Thanks so much for your help. _________________ The eternal God is thy refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms. |

I doubt there's a statute saying "Thou shalt only use thine religious exemption once." She should be just fine taking her kids out of school again, if it comes to that. _________________ The Farming Game - Software Edition for Mac and PC
