According to Florida Statute 1002.41, parents may choose to hire a private tutor to educate their children. The law requires a tutor to hold a Florida certificate to teach the grades and subjects in which instruction is given.
According to Florida Statute 1003.23 (2), parents may also choose to register their children in a non-public school (parochial, religious, denominational or nontraditional private). So someone could theoretically start a non-public school according to the Florida regulations, and have you officially enroll your child in that. The results would be basically the same. _________________ The Farming Game - Software Edition for Mac and PC
