Boatbuilding is a sport and a science

Postby Guy Vandegrift » Mon Jan 08, 2007 11:35 am

Hello,

I am a college math/physics professor who is expected to do research. I have decided to attempt to do this with pre-college students and am seeking on-line collaboration with anybody interested in sailboats. I assure you that this is real and genuine research - "boatology" as we like to call it.

To learn more, visit a fun website at
http://www2.friend.ly.net/~dadadata/
then see my website at
http://faculty.valpo.edu/gvandegr/

If like me, you hesitate to go to unfamiliar links, google
"craig cheap pages" for the first link
"valpo vandegrift faculty home pages" for the second link

Due to the trivial nature of messing around with boats, I do not intend to seek funding for this project. (I'm a lousy grant-writer anyway.) On the other hand, I do not intend to charge for services rendered. As I said before, I am expected to do research.
Want to do genuine research in your home?
