We tend to use a mixture at our house..
Abeka for a lot of things, then Shurely English for my daughter,
and Bob Jones for my son..
I prefer Shurely English myself I think after comparing them this year.

There are oh, so many publishers of Christian materials
Traditional textbook publishers are ABeka, Bob Jones University Press, and Rod and Staff.
Publishers whose materials are in 10-12 workbooks for each subject each year are ACE (Accelerated Christian Education), CLP (Christian Light Publications), AO (Alpha Omega), and Landmark's Freedom Baptist Curriculum.
And then there are the unit studies, such as the Weaver and KONOS.
And the literature-based studies, such as Greenleaf Press and Beautiful Feet Books.
And that's just scratching the surface.
If we knew how old your dc are, we might be able to make recommendations. |

A Christian home school curriculum will spend a significant amount time studying the bible. Christian education is built upon God's word - with scripture at its center. When school subject is being taught it is approached and taught in Christian or religious terms. I found out that it is estimated that approximately 90% of home schooled children in the United States are taught according to the Christian home school method.
There is a lot of information about it, I can recommend you this one: Homeschooling resources
All the best
