That's what I've read. However, it is not my question.
My question is:
Is there a specific format in which these records need to be kept? |

I don't know of any state that gives specific guidelines on what format your records have to follow. A weekly summary of how many hours were put in on each subject should be sufficient, with maybe a brief overview of what was covered, and a portfolio of any generated work.
The object, after all, is to show that you made a good-faith attempt to keep records under the law, not so much to record every tiny little detail. _________________ The Farming Game - Software Edition for Mac and PC
