For parents with special needs IDEA is quite comprehensive in the provision of federally mandated special needs support.

IDEA is the absolute law-regulations by which all nationwide school districts must abide.

The text links are best because you can copy and paste the pertinent sections and text to present or reference to school officials where necessary.
