Does anybody know how to go about becoming a lobbyist for the cause of homeschooling?

pure curiosity: are you interested in lobbying for better homeschooling laws in Texas? I thought they were one of the best states for homeschooling. Or are you seeking to raise awareness for parents...that they can homeschool if they want to? Or do you want to lobby for other states?
