I live in a rural area of southwestern pennsylvania, I would like to find and existing hs group. Anyone out there?

If any ideas about how to start a group, I am entertaining the idea. I have some restrictions as I don't drive. But am willing to host a group in my home or nearby library maybe?

Or are they beneficial? Need something for my daughter age 10. She is a social gal and i hate dancing class environment.
