| I've read that Miquon math is great because of all the manipulatives that comes with the workbooks and if you have a learner who likes to "do" stuff would enjoy it. (Personally, I think any type of Math needs all the help it can get to make it fun). I also read that the Singapore Math is the very best top notch math you can get, but is somewhat more advanced and difficult. I'd love to hear from anyone who's using either. |

Hi! I recently went to the singapore math website and you can use sample exams for each grade. I'm using one for my advanced 6th grade daughter. It is difficult but good for her. Don't think I'll buy it-if you do get it from website super cheap-because it doesn't seem to have much to teach me so I can teach! For now I'm using manipulatives-some home made, and cuisenaire rods- and an ecclectic collection. Hope this helps:-) _________________ Wendi:-)
