Hi everyone! I'm a 40ish homeschooling mom from Indiana. Been doing this for 6 years...some years more faithfully than others I have 3 usually terrific kids: 17,14 and 12. Right now I'm between jobs, but I usually work part time to bring a little extra income in and to keep my sanity by getting out of the house Anyway, thats me...now I'll read all about you all. _________________ I believe in looking reality straight in the eye and denying it.~~Garrison Keiller |

Hi, I am 40 something. LOL 46 and a homeschool mom from CT. This is my first year and we just started, so right now I am feeling good. But like I said this is the first year for us. My daughter is 7 1/2. I do have an older daughter who is 26..........
It is good to see seasoned homeschoolers here. Any advise or words of wisdom that you wish someone gave to you. I welcome tips and advise.
I too work about 15 hours a week.......evenings, so this works out well for us. I am blessed to have the oppertunity to spend this year with my daughter. I am taking it one year at a time. I may need to work more hours at some point, hopefully not. I like having the option of homeschooling. Look forward to hearing from you. _________________ mc |
