We are starting our 3rd year homeschooling. I have one 10-year-old daughter that does the work and an almost 3-year-old that interrupts us all so she doesn't get left out. I loved public school and playing sports, so I am surprised that now I love homeschooling and keeping my kids with me. But I guess that's because my perspective/goals/etc. have changed.

We love to read and ride horses and thankful that we are pretty much secluded in a beautiful mountain valley.

I'm from Colorado, too! I wish we lived in the mountains, but we'll have to settle for the Denver metro area. I have 11-yr and 7-yr old sons who are homeschooling, and an almost 15-yr old dd who is a freshman in public school this year.
