Smile Hi. I just registered here. I am married and have 2 kids. My oldest is only 3 1/2. He has another 2 years before he goes to school. My DH wants him to go to public school and I want to homeschool him. DH is worried about socialization with kids his own age. I don't know how we are going to do this once he gets old enough to go.

IT IS GOOD THAT YOU ARE ALREADY THINKING OF WHAT YOU WANT TO DO NOW ! THAT WAY YOU STILL HAVE 2 WHOLE YEARS TO RESEARCH AND PLEA YOUR CASE TO YOUR HUSBAND. I AM STILL LEARNING MYSELF , MY KIDS ARE CURRENTLY IN PUBLIC SCHOOL , THEY ARE CURRENTLY IN THE 2ND AND 3 RD GRADES. I HAVE BEEN RESEARCHING FOR AWHILE NOW AND WAS REALLY GLAD WHEN I FOUND THIS FORUM. PERSONALLY I THINK AS LONG AS THEY ARE IN ACTIVITIES OR GO TO CHURCH OR YOU FIND A LOCAL HOMESCHOOLING SUPPORT GROUP TO DO FIELD TRIPS WITH , THERE SHOULDN'T BE A PROBLEM.
