Hi there! I'm a SAHM to the best little girls a mommy could ever dream of--ages 6 and 3. We decided to start homeschooling our oldest for the start of what will be 1st grade for her this next school year. We had a long rough journey making this decision, one I NEVER thought I'd consider doing! Our daughter is currently enrolled in the public school Kindergarten and we all are anxiously awaiting it's end. Smile Let's just say it turned out to be a very disappointing experience--but one which we now see was necessary for us to go through to realize that we really needed to homeschool. Our family is full of excitement!! I will be attending my first Homeschool Conference at the end of this month to (hopefully) figure out what I'm doing!!! Smile

Welcome! We are in NC too. I have 2 girls ages 10 and 13.
