I am considering using Christian Light Education for first grade. If you have used it could you please share your experience (likes/dislikes), was it strong in phonics etc.

I appreciate any input.

All I have used for first grade was their Bible, and I was very disappointed. They CLAIM they are King James only, which I am, and which is why I bought their curriculum, and they are not! THey have references from niv, asv, etc. and I was very unhappy about that. We will not be using them again.

I used the 7th grade language arts also, and again, was not happy about it at all!
