My son attended a Christian school in 9th and 10th grade. He is going to finish 11th and 12th grade by homeschool/ concurrent enrollment at community college. Should I request a separate transcript from his previous school, or can/should I include these grades in my official transcript?

I am just putting the info on one transcript. This is like what colleges due when they accept transfer credits.
