Looking for a curriculum that's not religious based

Postby pollykaym » Mon Jun 05, 2006 4:34 pm

I'm going to be home-schooling my 8th grade son this Fall. I've talked to several moms who home-school on advice on curriculums to look into and everyone I've talked to uses Christian based and almost everything I find on-line is religious based/Christian based. Is there anything out there that offers me a complete kit for student and teacher (since I'm new I want it to be simple) and isn't a really obscure company that's not well known?

Calvert School is secular, and so is Continental Press. Calvert is quite well known, though I don't know about Continental.
