I'm an aerospace engineer, used to work for NASA a long time ago. My wife and I have homeschooled since 1992.
Back in 2005 I started a blog, AeroGo, for high school and college-age students interested in going into engineering, aerospace, aviation, etc. I started it on Xanga since at the time (before MySpace really took off) there were a lot of students on there.

I'm working on a new/expanded site but there's already a lot of helpful information about aerospace, college in general, engineering schools in particular, and so on. The tags page is sort of an index:

While a lot of students express interest in aerospace, for example, often they don't know how to pursue it. My goal is to let students know both about the many opportunities and resources available, and also to show them how there are lots of different career paths, besides just engineering or becoming a pilot.
