CHAP exists to support and encourage home educators. A distinctly Christian organization with a statement of faith, CHAP works closely with PA groups and organizations from other states to maintain homeschool freedoms. The CHAP annual Homeschool Convention, will be held in June at the Lancaster County Convention Center, draws around 5,000 people and is one of the largest homeschool conventions in PA.
