Our group is comprised of families of many different faiths, beliefs, creeds, and walks of life. We believe that diversity is a wonderful way to learn from each other, share and teach our children that just because someone is not like us, or believes differently, doesn't mean we cannot get along or be friends.
Everyone that is homeschooling is welcome. We do not exclude anyone because of race, religion, sex, handicap, family status or national origin, and we ask that everyone respect each other’s differing beliefs and diversity.
This group is for currently local, Home-schooling families, or those preparing to home-school. We believe that education starts early, and as long as your oldest child is at least 3 years old and you are planning to homeschool, you are welcome to join. If you are considering a move to our area please send us a message and we can try to help answer any questions you have about homeschooling in NM, but please wait to request to join until you actually move here.
Homeschool Support is one of our primary goals along with opportunities for homeschool parents and children to socialize and learn together. Everyone’s suggestions, ideas, efforts, and plans are welcome.
We have weekly get-togethers which include park days, special events, field trips, holiday parties, Parent’s night out, and many other events.
