CDTCHE's members are obedient to the guiding principles of the Magisterium of the Catholic Church. Through our Roman Catholic Faith, we are committed to welcoming, engaging, participating and serving northeast Ohio. As a team of Catholic homeschooling parents, our focus is to provide opportunities for our children to learn appropriate socialization skills where they can grow learning to "love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all of your mind," and to "love your neighbor as yourself." Matthew 22:37-39. We will help our children build lasting relationships with fellow children in our group in an exclusively Catholic environment, so that when they become young adults, they are able to defend the truths of the Church through their foundation. This requires contributing to our group in joyful sacrifice of our time and comfort, as well as heroic effort and self-giving love. Our children will have many opportunities to grow in their faith outside of their home, through the sharing of parental involvement as well as providing fellow families with homeschool support.
