Read any Good Books Lately?

I read like a million books at that age. I'll suggest Robinson Crusoe, Swiss Family Robinson, Lord of the Rings, Chronicles of Narnia, Tom Sawyer, Huckleberry Finn, Alice in Wonderland, Gulliver's Travels (might have to censor that a bit), Sherlock Holmes, assorted Heinlein novels including Tunnel in the Sky, Starship Troopers, etc., the Barsoom series by Edgar Rice Burroughs, pretty much any classic science fiction anthology.

A great book I am reading (and plan to have all my sons read) is called Modules for Manhood by Kenneth Royce.

I have been writing my own advice for my sons for a few year now, and when they turn 18 I plan on giving each of them my own "booklet" of observations and advice that I've been compiling. But this book does just that, and I have to say it's a good read for anyone, not just young men, because it's full of common sense.

Christian Historical Fiction Juniorhigh/Highscool

I just read an excellent book (part 1 of a trilogy) about the three wise men. Gaspar. I am looking forward to my children being old enough to read it. It is Christian Historical fiction. This is beautifully written and I loved the character index in the back. It will definitely help your youth follow along with the story, and learn how to make one of there own. Great, great read.
