I'm trying to find a generic "letter of intent to withdraw" online? Can anyone help?

Heres one, but what you put may depend on your states laws.

Letter of Intent varies somewhat according to what your state requires you include in terms of info. I notice you're in Delaware, however, and the following gives detailed info on what you have to do / send in:

i started by going down to the schools office. they directed me to the school super intendant. she was extremely helpful. Even though i was already 3 days past the deadline for filingit she said they would just say it had gotten misplaced and file it anyway.
