Go deeper. Add in science projects, recalculate recipes, give her a chance to write stories or figure out what she's interested in. Go on nature walks with a sketchbook and pocket microscope. Volunteer. Build. Write stories together.
Don't do your daughter the disservice of defining education as bookwork. You have the whole world at your fingertips - take advantage of it. You have the time! Give her time to develop interests and figure out what careers she wants to explore. Let her see that what she does now can affect her later. Give her the means to take responsibility for her education and control her destiny.
Here's a video we made of this year - 4th Grade. I would be hard pressed to say he only works an hour a day, though that might be what he spends with a textbook.
please help!!

It depends on the State as to the hour requirement. Some do it by days some by hours. If your State is by hours and your do not want to increase or add to the work load you can plan some fun/educational activities (museum, zoo, volunteering....) to increase your hours. I know in NY we have to do 900 for elementary and 990 for secondary. We can include any lessons, some Church activities (choir, religious education,...), field trips, educational films or television.
