Maybe they're afraid that after the petition gets like a million signatures, we'll scare the Supreme Court into stomping us like a bug?

Can't figure out why they'd be against it otherwise...

Maybe the MA group is on the other side of the fence,so to speak, from HSLDA and they don't support anything they suggest.
I tried to find the source of that report you got second-hand, but couldn't find anything.
I am glad others tell the whole story. There are plenty of reliable sources to tell us what is going on with this case in CA.
Thanks for making us aware of it here, though.

The petition has averaged about 20,000 signatures per day so far...
