Since she is so young and is going to be going through so much, I would just read to her a lot and let her play while learning in a very casual and relaxed way. Most of the homeschooling parents I know started homeschooling did it just that just way, not going through as much as your family is.

Things like puppets and shapes cut out of cardboard can be fun for learning. You can make paper dolls too. Card games like go fish can be fun. All of these can be done while in bed rest.

When I was looking online for information about homeschooling I came across this book that was very helpful. It's written by a lady who used to teach in a public school who encourages everyone to homeschool. If you go to homeschoolhelper.com you can get a free copy of the book there. :D

I agree with the others, your dd is young. Just involve her in what you are doing around the house - cooking, cleaning, errands, etc. Read to her and do a few fun activities and outings. Keep it simple.
