Does anyone make their own yogurt? What about Greek yogurt? Is it cost effective to make your own?

Did a little Googling, the process doesn't look -that- difficult. However, there's a lot of scope for error (like giving yourself food poisoning, or overheating the milk, or whatever), and you're probably not going to save a whole lot of money unless you own a cow. Most of the cost of yogurt is the milk.
