Calling all Co-op Directors!

I am trying to start a Facebook group for co-op directors to gather together and collaborate ideas. As a new director myself, I'd love to have a group of other directors to get ideas and suggestions from. I'd also love to hear how other co-ops are run, what has worked for others and what hasn't worked.
