considering home schooling bipolar child

I have a 7yo daughter who was recently diagnosed with Bipolar disorder. She is doing very well academically at school but suffers from separation anxiety from me and has excessive worry all day while away. She has this significant fear of impending doom (floods, fire, tornado's) which cause stomach aches during school days. I would love feedback on how you decided to home school a child w/disabilities
