I have a 4.5 year old son with autism, Sensory Processing Disorder, and ADHD.
One of the biggest and most helpful things has been for us to receive speech and OT services through our school district. You can still homeschool and it is free.
I do a combination of services (speech, PT, OT) concurrently with stuff at home. One of the most helpful things has been 'Sensory Stations.' You basically get a water table and do a variety of sensory skills on it. For example, my son had HUGE texture issues, so once every 3-5 days, we would play with different textures on this table....sand, jello, pudding, played oh, water.... This really helped. If you do it outside, you can just hose it down and leave the mess outdoors
