Good Morning! I am a 43 year old homeschool Mom and currently have one child at home. I have been homeschooling for 7 years. I have the same old hubby I married 25 years ago and two girls. L is 20 and A is 11.
We live in rural North GA where we raise Boston Terriers, garden, read, camp and care for my aging parents! We started homeschooling due to the poor quality of schools in the area and now homeschool because we love it! I enjoy sharing ideas, recipes, and conversation with others!

Hello,

I am also from GA lets see I guess Athens is NE. I have 3 girls. I do not homeschool but I got into all of this because they started falling behind. I have 7, 9 and 13 year olds. My 7 year old got a letter at christmas saying they were going to hold her back in the first grade next year. whoooo hooo well thats when I got into all the sites and everything. Well to say the least she progressed enough to be able to go to 2nd year for 2006-2007. My other child has ADD and also struggles and falls extremely behind so I tutor them both at home. With home school stuff.
