How do you do it?

Our calendar is rapidly filling up for next school year (our first home school year). Gymnastics on Tuesday nights (as it has been for 2 years already so that's nothing new!), ballet on Monday nights, and swim on Wednesday mornings. And that's not counting once we join the local home school group and start participating in activities with them!

I work from home as a freelance writer. I generally work 2-3 hours a day. We are working on paying off all of our debt and we'll be in decent shape by fall so I can probably drop done to 2-3 hours just a few days a week instead of every single day.

Anyone else doing this? How do you balance it all? What do you do to make it all work???
