I found this site (www.k-12freehomeschool.org) while trying to find a business course for my 11th grader. It has everything from core classes to AP, and SAT prep. Has anyone tried it or know anything about it?
Thanks _________________ Have a great day!

Doesn't look like it's really free - there are small incidental fees (or larger if you want a course upgrade...), you're expected to fill out a bunch of surveys and answer questions from sponsors. People are also not allowed to post anything negative on their site, so there's no easy way to tell if their material is good without signing up and trying it.

| I ran across this site that offers free courses. They get their revenue from adverstising and donations. My 11th grader wants to major in business management in college and is currently taking a business class as an elective. There is nothing to sign up for, everything is provided, including online flash cards, and quizzes that the computer grades. Some of the courses even have videos and power point presentations. You can start anytime, and work at the pace you want to. The link is: www.free-ed.net |

I saw this one on their page.. "We ask a modest $4.95 fee for each tuition-free course".. so, not totally a free course.. _________________ education | business course | business training |
