Preschool helps

Postby Lorelei Sieja » Tue Apr 21, 2009 7:33 pm

I have a blog for people who homeschool with little ones. I publish lesson plans suitable for 2 - 5 year olds. Can be used for preschool and kindergarten years. I have a lot of years of experience in early childhood education, and I homeschooled four children of my own.

I have a blog on substitute teaching that will be including some fun lesson plans and "survivor" tips homeschoolers can adapt.

I also have a blog dealing with the second chapter of our lives when the children have left our nest and we can finally take care of ourselves:

I highly recommend blogging!

I'm kind of new to the whole homeschool forums/blogs/websites, since I started one sort of recently. As you may have guessed, it's called the "Homeschool Hangout Zone" :D

I have not done much blogging yet, (but will be soon) because I just finished some last minute touches to our site. It does have blogging capabilities, as well as many other features. We're looking forward to meeting others... hope to see you there.
Thank you & Have a nice day!

Postby katie » Sun Feb 28, 2010 3:19 pm

I have a blog that I try to put ideas and links to resources that other homeschoolers can use. The resources I try to link to are free and post unit study ideas that we have had fun with.

I have a blog about doing college through home schooling, but I think it might also be of interest to high schoolers who are approaching college:
