Missouri evaluation requirements

Postby Lala » Sat Aug 06, 2011 12:09 am

What evaluations are required and from where? I am about to start homeschooling my 9 yr old for the first time and this is the only part of the requirements I'm nervous about. Are there tests she will be required to take? Because to be honest standardized testing and our dislike of this practice is part of the reason we have chosen to remove her from public schools. And if this is the case where and how would I find the info needed to meet this requirement? Any info or insite on this subject would be very helpful.

Thanks
Lala

According to HSLDA there really isn't a required annual evaluation process. Here's HSLDA's analysis of MO law.
Married to Mr. Ellie for over 40 years
Mother to 2 dds and 2 dsil
Grandmother to 1 sweet boy
Servant of 1 kitteh
