Hey everyone.....want to know what it's REALLY like w/ a 3 year old head strong girl & an eager beaver 5 year old boy???????

ok, it's wake up whenever you want
eat breakfast
get dressed
make bed (5 year old - he does a good job)
do laundry (not everyday, but a few days a week)
do dishes (everyday, sometimes 2x day )
t/v for a little while w/ mama does dishes or laundry
play time w/ toys while mama gets school work & supplies together
school lesson (30 min - 1hr)
coloring
outside play
lunch
library (2x wk) where 5 yr old plays computer learning games (3 yr old plays w/ games & pillows on couches)
park (1-2x wk)
home for nap (3 yr old - mama needs a break)
snack
play
daddy- home @ 5 p.m.
you know the rest: dinner, play w/ daddy, put on jammies, bed time story (right now, it's a tale from "peter rabbit & friends")
lights out by 8-9 p.m.
mama & daddy lights out around 10-11 p.m.

whew! and i can't even imagine how crazy it's going to get when they are bigger.

ok, so it's not little house on the prairie like it is for some, but we have a great big 100 acre place in the country where they can do anything from farming w/ papaw, to playing w/ the dogs, playing in the creek, building forts, and playing in the sand in front of the cabin. we are also building a house where they play w/ hammer & nails, drills, paint (oh yes, the paint....my little girl painted the walls all by herself - yikes!!).

oh well, it may not sound like we do very much to some, but it's silly, ole' crazy life in mississippi and i wouldn't trade it for anything, except maybe the 2 dogs, 2 cats, 2 hermit crabs and ..... i'm sure there's more....
