I found this great site with book report forms starting with kindergarten and going through grade 6 (it says 7-12 coming soon). Each grade has several forms that build on each other!!

INCREDIBLE!!!! This is why I love this forum!!! This is definitely an area I've been struggling with and now I have it written out as plainly as possible for both me and my daughter - and what's even better is that I can start early for my 4 year old and have her do the Kindergarten page!!

LOVE these! I have been using these since I saw this post first. I thought it would be a good idea to bump. I use this to help with their handwriting and reading comprehension.
