Crib Tents

Postby Regina Hogsten » Wed Mar 12, 2008 7:45 pm

I feel like I must say something about crib tents.

Parents, please be cautious when using crib tents.
My 14 year old son had a 2 day stay at a children's hospital 2 weeks ago. He shared the room with a two year boy. The darling boy's brain is severely damaged because he got hung by the crib tent. It pains me to give any details, but I will tell you that recovery will take years and probably not a full recovery. This is so painful for child and family.

Check your tents. Make sure they are intact, installed properly, and whatever else you have to do. I have read other accounts of tent injuries.
