I really mainly want to get homeschooled 11th grade for many personal reasons..

Is there any way that in 12th grade i can go back to highschool and then go to prom and graduate and everything with all my friends or will it be too hard.

I think that will be up to your school system. I know here, In Missouri - KC area, the school district we are located in will not allow you to just jump back in like that. You would be short on credits, since the year you are out you are not taking their credit programs.

So I think it is something you will have to talk to the local school to find out.

Of course, if you get invited, you can go to any prom at any school can't you?
Not all dates have to come from the school that the prom is for.
