I was wondering if anyone knows how to make cheese. I think it would be fun and rewarding for my boys to see how it is made. (Yes I am a firm believer that boys need home ec too. My daughter-in-laws will thank me!) _________________ Phi 4:13 I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me. |

i think the process of making regular cheese (i.e chedder, etc.) can be rather long and tedious, especially for children. However, yogurt cheese is easier and tastes really good. I had a recipe, but seem to have misplaced it. I know for a fact that you can find it on www.foodnetwork.com under the good eats show. I have made it with my brother-in-law (he's only 11) and he had a blast, but then he's planning on attending the culinary institute someday _________________ Amie and Sophie |

Thanky you. I appreciate the advice and the site. We like to experiment with food, and yogurt cheese sounds cool. _________________ Phi 4:13 I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me. |
