Not Sure where to go-HELP

Okay,well next year my mom is planning on home schooling me.Since she doesn't know how to use a computer all that good,I am her source to finding information on homeschooling.

I was wondering where do you go to get an application to homeschool?Does she need to go down to the school district and get an application or what?


Please help if you know.
