Bramble Farm Cottage School: Online Coaching and Lessons

Postby bramblefarm » Thu Sep 26, 2013 6:36 pm

Hello Everyone,

I homeschool my 11-year-old daughter (with Asperger's) on our small farm in Ohio. I also offer online tutoring, homeschool coaching and the like. I thought I'd post some links below in case anyone is interested in our Online Coaching Program.

Please take a look and let me know if you have any questions:

Homeschool Coaching and one-on-one tutoring in specific subjects like composition, grammar and math (Online or In-Person):

My Side of the Mountain Workshop for Fall:

Complete Composition Course for Grades 7-12 (Online or In-Person):

Writing Skills for Grades 4-6 (Online or In-Person):

Bramble also takes full and part-time students in grades 1
through 12.

Programs Offered:

Full Program:

Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Classes include
Math, Language Arts, History, Science and Art. Bramble uses a variety of curricula including Calvert, K12, Horizons, Holt, Spelling Power and many more.

Single or Dual Course Program:
Students come to Bramble to complete one or two homeschooled programs in their entirety between fall and spring. Each student leaves the program with a summary, in June, recording the accomplishments for the course.

Homeschool Coaching (Online or In-Person): Students commit 10 hours per month to working with an instructor at Bramble in order to complete coursework independently. The program emphasizes student accountability and keeps parents informed of the student's progress throughout the year.

All coursework is based on each student's ability and grade level. Lessons begin in September and continue through May 2013. Coursework includes all basic
requirements (and then some!) for each grade level.
